Depending on what your requirement is a particular shape and temperature may be important.
These are Cube Ice - 5.C; In several forms.
Full dice, for general cooling, bagged ice etc and ½ dice for drinks in a glass.
Tube ice -5.C is used in the bagged ice industry for regular cooling of the product. Machines are in the area of production of 25 tonnes per day.
Shell or scallop ice - 10+.C; use in the fish industry to show off the glistening of product.
Flake, crushed, -10.C for product chilling. This ice is prone to lodging and snowballing, can become solid in quantities.
